Inside Team Whoop Hellcat, training and preparation are the cornerstones of our success. Our comprehensive training program is designed to develop every aspect of a rider's performance—physical conditioning, technical skills, mental toughness, and strategic racing knowledge. What happens inside our team during training and preparation is what sets us apart on race day.
Our training regimen is intense and multifaceted. Physical conditioning includes strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility work, and endurance training. Technical skill development focuses on bike handling, cornering techniques, jump execution, and navigating challenging terrain. Mental preparation includes visualization exercises, stress management, and developing the focus and determination needed for competitive racing.
Preparation extends beyond individual training to team strategy sessions, bike setup and tuning, track analysis, and race planning. Our coaches work with riders to analyze past performances, identify areas for improvement, and develop race strategies tailored to specific tracks and conditions.
